Discount Card Money REMINDER

The following Varsity Softball Players have turned in their money for Discount Cards so far:

Dooley (who has gone WAY beyond the required 10 cards ... THANK YOU !!!)

That leaves 8 families (see list below) who have not turned in their money yet.  Let's try to get that money in on Friday at the Semifinal Football Game vs Westfield.  I will be there or Coach Whetsel will be there for you to turn your money in.  Thanks so much.

REMINDER: Softball Banquet on Wednesday at 6pm

A few notes:

Softball Banquet for C Team, B Team, and Varsity will begin Wednesday at 6pm in Trojan Hall.

There will be a table set up outside of Trojan Hall (on the 200 Hall).

• Parents and Guests please be prepared to pay $5 for your meal
• Turn in Discount Cards Money or unsold cards
• Turn in any Fundraising Money for Reserved Seats and/or Banners (there's still about $1300 of Fundraising money left out there that really needs to be in the Softball Booster Club Account)

Discount Cards

Discount Cards were distributed Wednesday 10/26.  Friday night at the Stratford @ Tattnall football game will be a great time to try to sell these cards ...

I would like for everyone to have ALL their cards sold within 2 weeks from today ... which means "turn-in" date will be Wednesday, November 9th at the Softball Banquet.  Please remember to bring in your money and/or extra cards that you cannot sell.  We will turn those in at the table set up where you will pay for your banquet meal.

Again, thanks so much for all you do for Tattnall Square Academy, our Softball Program, and our Athletic Department.

Discount Cards

I will be distributing 10 discount cards to each Varsity SB player on
Wednesday, October 26th. Please do your absolute best to sell all of
these cards. If you need more, please let Coach Whetsel know. Thanks.

Softball Banquet information

The 2011 Tattnall Softball Banquet will be Wednesday, November 9th at 6pm in Trojan Hall followed by a heavy hors d'oeuvre reception in the lunchroom. 

We are inviting C Team, B Team, and Varsity to celebrate three outstanding seasons. 

The Booster Club will provide the meal for the players and coaches.

The cost per person (for anyone other than a player) will be $5.  We will have a table set up outside of Trojan Hall.  Please be ready to pay before you enter Trojan Hall.  Also, please text Kyle Steele at 320-4100 with your name and how many people will be eating at the banquet (so we can give the caterer an estimate).

Discount Cards COMING SOON !!!

Discount Cards will be here very soon.

This is an Athletic Department Fundraiser.  We need Softball to be at 100% participation !!!

Each Varsity player will be given 10 cards to sell at $10 per card.  The way I like to do this to encourage 100% participation is to get a $100 check when I give you the 10 cards.  That way EVERYBODY participates.  After that you simply go sell the cards and put the money in YOUR pocket ... and you get your $100 back ... EVERYBODY WINS !!!

If you don't want to do it this way, I understand ... it just makes collection a lot cleaner.

Also, softball players / parents who sell the cards will NOT have to sell for Basketball or Track / Girls Soccer ... unless you want to.

Thanks in advance for helping support Tattnall Athletics and all you do for Tattnall Softball.  The strength and participation of our Booster Club is one of the big reasons our program is successful.

VERY IMPORTANT

There will be a MANDATORY Varsity SB Meeting on Tuesday at 4pm in the
Locker Room. The meeting will probably last until 5pm.

We will collect ALL uniform items, bat bags, and helmets. Please have
ALL uniform items washed and on hangers as follows:

Hanger 1: Blue jersey and Gray pants
Hanger 2: Black jersey and Black pants
Hanger 3: White jersey and White pants

We will also distribute the Final Team stats for Varsity and B Team
and vote on Awards for the banquet.

Take I-16 East for 50 miles to Exit 51 (US-319/US-441 toward Dublin / McRae).  Exit and take a Left onto 441.  Turn Right onto Co Rd 337/Firetower Rd.
